Here's Mark's lunch in the flesh! This is skinned agouti, a rodent that is eaten in Ivory Coast. Mark claims it tastes like beef, but he wasn't fond of the slices of skin included in his spaghetti. After getting a picture of this animal, Mark has sworn off consumption.
